EQ Outside—the Parking Lot Pull Up is a community street fair and open house hosted by Equilibrium Baltimore, bringing together small businesses, nonprofits, food trucks, and neighbors from across the community for an afternoon of movement, connection, and celebration.
VENDOR INFORMATION (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING)
Date: Sunday, June 7, 2026
Event Time: 11 AM–4 PM
Vendor Check-In & Setup: 9:00 AM–10:30 AM
Location: 610 E. 25th Street (Outdoor Parking Lot)
High-visibility neighborhood location in the 21218 corridor.
Vendor Fee (Limited Spots Available)
$20 per vendor

What’s Included:
• One table + one chair
• Outdoor pop-up space
• Vendors may bring their own tent (recommended)
• Limited electricity available (must request in advance)
Once accepted, vendors will have 48 hours to submit payment to secure their space. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Vendor Selection Criteria
Product or service quality
Alignment with healing, movement, or community empowerment
Professional presentation
Social media presence (any size — consistency matters)
Overall contribution to the event atmosphere
Vendor Policies
• Vendor fees are non-refundable
• Vendors must remain for the full event (11 AM–4 PM)
• Vendors are responsible for managing their booth at all times
• Booth areas must remain clean and organized
• No glitter, confetti, or loose debris
• All displays must be safe and secure
• Vendors must comply with all local and state regulations
• Professional and respectful conduct is expected
• Failure to follow policies may result in removal without refund
