Private Party Options & Pricing

Pole Party
Empowerment meets fun! Learn beginner-friendly spins, poses, and dance moves in a supportive, body-positive space.

• Up to 5 guests: $225

• $35 for each additional guest

• Add extra party time: $90/hr

Aerial Yoga Party
Float, stretch, and smile with an uplifting aerial yoga session that blends mindfulness and movement.

• Up to 5 guests: $225

• $35 for each additional guest

• Add extra party time: $90/hr

Candle-Making Add-On
Add-on custom-scented candle making with friends during your party for an additional fee. Includes materials + instruction.

• Includes an additional hour for the workshop

Bring the movement to you with our travel-ready pole setup and pro instructors.

• X-Pole Stage Pole Rental: $185 (up to 10 hrs)

• Travel Fee (8–25 miles): $50

• Instructors (up to 2 hrs, incl. setup/breakdown): $200

Here’s What You Can Expect:

• Your Experience, Your Way
  Choose from a range of private party styles—pole or aerial Yoga, maybe add on candle making, or try our signature EQ Experience. Each session is beginner-friendly and designed for all body types, experience levels, and comfort zones.

• Private Studio Space
  Your party will enjoy exclusive access to our studio, complete with a dedicated instructor who will guide your group through the session with care and encouragement.

• All Materials Included
  We’ve got everything covered—from yoga hammocks and pole grip to candle supplies and cozy props. All you have to bring is your energy (and maybe your favorite snacks).

• BYO Snacks & Sips
  Feel free to bring your own food, drinks, or cakes. Or leave the complete party planning duties to us—it’s up to you.

• Extra Time to Celebrate
  Each party includes time for instruction plus 30 minutes of social time. Need more? Add extra party time for $90/hour if availability allows.

🗓️ Booking & Payment Info

• Reserve with Ease
  To secure your private party date, a non-refundable deposit (equivalent to the base price) is required at booking.

• Flexible Payment Options
  Once your party is confirmed, you can choose to:

  • Pay in full as the host, or

  • Have each guest pay individually through (we’ll handle the payments)

• Minimum Guest Requirement
  All party packages are priced for up to 5 guests. Depending on the experience selected, additional guests are welcome for a per-person rate.

• Don’t Have 5 Guests?
  No problem! You can still host a private party by covering the base cost for up to 5 guests. It's your experience—your way.

• Looking for Something Bigger or Off-Site?
  We offer pole rental, travel-to-you services, and on-site instructor options for private events. Let us help you plan a one-of-a-kind celebration.
